They are the exclusive importers for Victoria Arduino, and work with a growing network of distributors and engineers to offer sales, training and technical support to the HORECA trade. The grinding adjustment is way too complicated and also seems difficult to get to. It could produce great espresso, but there is a serious barrier to doing so with understanding the machine. The retention of the machine is also a major disappointment. There will always be old grounds in the espresso.
