Makes the butt of the gun just a bit too long. The Macro is my first Sig, and I am now completely sold on them. It has taken the spot as my primary carry gun. I got a p365 grip module for when I want to carry something smaller. The modularity is why I am now such a fan of Sig.

The P365 line also has a phenomenally low bore axis, which makes the gun less "snappy" than other pocket-sized pistols. And of course, the 10+1 capacity is an enormous improvement over the tiny 9mms and .380s of just a few years ago where you typically got a 6+1 capacity and were grateful for it.

You can buy a threaded barrel for the regular p365 from true precision and you will just have to remove the thread protector when you put it in the slide. That should work because the barrell is specifically made for the p365 and thats that same barrell size in the macro and it will give you the additional length you are looking for. 1.
